Air fryer patatas bravas
Air fryer patatas bravas is a twist on the classic Spanish tapas dish, using an air fryer to achieve crispy potatoes with minimal oil. The dish is flavorful and spicy, with a smoky tomato sauce. It's perfect as a snack or side dish.
Ingredients
- 900 g Potatoes
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Onion
- 1 Garlic
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Tomato Puree
- 225 g Tinned Tomatos
- q.s. Basil Leaves
Preparation
Soak the potatoes in just-boiled water for 30 mins, then drain and leave to air-dry for 5 mins. Heat the air fryer to 200C.
